Lisa Baughman is North America Data Governance Leader at Dun and Bradstreet, focusing on governance practices, policies, procedures, regulatory obligations, and meeting internal customer needs around data. She also ensures that data governance is coordinated with her counterparts in UK/Europe and Asia. Part of her role includes organizing a large data steward network that is spread out across the business and which liaises with the central Data Governance Office. Lisa is also responsible for the pipeline of cases that come to data governance from across the business. These cases consist of diverse requests from needs to understand data, to requests to acquire new data from outside sources. Barbara Deemer has recently assumed the role of VP of Financial Systems and has retained her responsibilities as Chief Data Steward at Navient. Parul Kalve is a Data Governance Evangelist who established the Data Governance program at Enbridge (North America’s largest energy distribution company) and led it for the last five years. Kristi Lahti-Johnson was appointed as the first Hennepin County Data Governance Officer by the County Board in May 2014. Ms. Lahti-Johnson leverages her 20+-year career at Hennepin County, the largest county in Minnesota - in the county Attorney's Office, Human Services Administration, and the Human Services and Public Health Department - building upon relationships with county leaders and securing ongoing support for a data governance program from all levels of the organization. In just three-year's time, she has led a team of six staff to develop and implement an organizational-wide data governance infrastructure. By establishing a philosophy of "relaxed awareness", the team has built a culture in which staff view data as an asset while still recognizing the risks that are often associated with data. He was formerly the Data Governance Competency Center Manager for Wells Fargo, working heavily in Data Stewardship and Metadata. Wayne Radue has worked for Micron Technology, Inc for 23 years in a variety of roles bouncing between business and IT. During a stint in Cost Accounting, his interest in data and databases began to take hold. Managing Excel spreadsheets and Access databases that ran an entire division melded into SAP Production Planning configuration where he learned to understand data and data issues at an enterprise level. A move into Internal Audit allowed him to write hundreds of data validations that supported various audits and the Sarbanes-Oxley program still used 10 years later. Jeraldyn Rivest is the Director of Customer Data Strategy in U.S. Bank's Enterprise Data Governance group. Maggi is a certified SAP consultant with 8 years of global ERP implementation experience. She has held many roles as a functional Order-to-Cash implementation lead. Over the last 4 years, her primary concentration has been in the area of master data conversion, governance, and design. Prior to joining DATUM, Maggi developed strong industry knowledge in the Pharmaceutical and Life Science space. Outside the office, Maggi enjoys traveling to warm places, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
