Rick Hudson is currently the Vice President of Data Management in JLL's Global Data Governance team. He has over 30 years of leadership experience in Software Development and Data Management. As Director of Software Engineering at Premier Inc, he led MDM application development teams working closely with Data Management to support large volumes of data and key integrations. Michele was responsible for the successful design and implementation of the enterprise Data Governance and Data Quality Programs at Navient. Their Data Governance Program won the 2011 Data Governance Best Practice Award. Michael Nicosia joined TIAA in November 2004 and is currently responsible for developing and deploying business-led data and process governance capabilities, and leading the development of Finance & Actuarial's (F&A) multi-dimensional vision, strategy, and roadmap. Michael Randall is the Director of the Data Integration and Quality team in Finance Data Governance (FDG) at Nationwide. Michael's tenure with FDG includes leading efforts to implement a business driven reference data tool, with workflow, to streamline the change request process. He recently led the effort to transform Finance Data Governance to align with industry best practices, which included the team charter, data stewards organization, data quality and change management, as well as providing thought leadership to reorganize the team around the core functions. He is currently leading efforts to implement a data quality tool to further support the transformational efforts.
