Eric Chason is the Global Head of Data standards for Citi’s Chief Data Office. He has been with the CDO since its inception in 2010, and was a member of the team which developed the Global Data Roadmap, Citi’s end-to-end data management strategy, in 2009. Prior to joining the Chief Data Office, Eric ran the Business Architecture competency for Citigroup’s Architecture and Technology Engineering group (CATE), architecture and solution-design support to Citi’s business units. Eric joined Citi in 2005, from IBM’s Business Consulting Services group where he provided Technology Strategy consulting services for IBM’s clients including Citigroup, Bloomberg, S&P, and other Financial Services companies. Prior to business consulting he was an architect and developer in the telecom-datacom space, designing and developing networking devices for companies such as Siemens, Racal-Datacom, and Fujitsu. Malcolm Chisholm has over 25 years experience in data management, and has worked in a variety of sectors, including finance, insurance, manufacturing, government, defense and intelligence, pharmaceuticals, and retail. He is an independent consultant specializing in data governance, master data management, metadata engineering, business rules management/execution, data architecture and design, and the organization of Enterprise Information Management. Alex Harris is the Business Operations Manager within the Nationwide Financial Agreement Services area, supervising multiple Associates who are responsible for key Producer Licensing and Commissions processes. Since Producers (Investment Professionals, Brokers, Advisors etc) serve as the conduit to get Nationwide’s products (annuities, life insurance, retirement plans) to the end customer, Alex’s area is critical to the NF organization. Lance Yoder, Project Engineer for the global master data team of Rockwell Automation, focuses on supporting SAP material master processes for the company and works towards improving efficiency in data management across all aspects of the organization. Yoder joined Rockwell Automation in 2004 as a Manufacturing Engineer.
