Jayne's signature achievements include the first official NASA Taxonomy, the first enterprise-wide metadata specification for JPL, and a new Data Quality framework for LexisNexis.

Data Governance is a new program for Multnomah County and Jayne is enjoying the challenges of communicating the concepts, developing change management strategies and setting data quality goals. David Williams is responsible for Data Standards for AIG, which extends to an overall Data Lifecycle Management framework that includes the establishment of an Accountability framework for data ownership and stewardship, defining the enterprise's Metadata Strategy and providing data risk expertise for local and global regulations impacting data management. He also has responsibilities for AIG’s firm-wide Data Management Policy and supporting standards.

David has over 20 years of experience in the Data Management arena and obtained his degree from the University of Westminster, London, England.

David A. Williams is the Chief Administrative Officer of Starfish Family Services.  His role provides leadership, direction and inspiration that supports the achievement of program objectives.  His career experience spans from municipal to profit focused as well as nonprofit organization.  David had a decade long career in the real estate industry managing real estate offices for national companies and then used these skills to install business acumen in a quickly growing organization managing operations as the Chief Operations Officer at an animal welfare organization. He honed his leadership skills as well as ability to carefully manage budgets setting profit records and gaining national recognition. His formal education includes an undergraduate degree in Health Services Administration emphasizing finance and management as well as a Master’s in Business Administration. David is a graduate of the University of Arizona and a proud wildcat fan.

Jeff Wolkove Jeff Wolkove

Jeff Wolkove joined the Arizona Department of Administration Strategic Enterprise Technology Office (ADOA-ASET) in 2012 to launch a statewide data management (DM) program and became the State Data Management Architect in 2017. Among his accomplishments, Jeff is most proud of the statewide data stewardship training program launched in the fall of 2018, an interagency data sharing Memorandum of Understanding, and many data governance policies that are establishing a data management culture at State agencies. Arizona now has an active State DM Steering Committee and holds an annual DM conference.

Jeff is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Quebec, Canada) and has specialized in information systems throughout his career. He moved his family to Arizona in 1992 and held senior IT positions in the health care industry, realizing millions of dollars of savings through innovative process improvements. He owes his success to a rich mixture of business and technology expertise.

Steve Zagoudis is CEO of MetaGovernance. As a result of his experience base, he has repeatedly demonstrated the dynamics of governance controls in the world of structured and unstructured big data, created value through augmentation of failed data warehouses by improving use from increased data confidence and control automation, and established an approach for eliminating waste across the information flow of organizations. Steve's involvement with executive-level management puts into practice his passion of driving business and competitive advantage through the optimal use of an organization's assets.

Jenna Zhou Jenna Zhou

Jenna Zhou is the lead architect for the IT Enterprise Information Governance team. She is a seasoned enterprise architect with extensive experience in the Enterprise Information Management and Enterprise Architecture. She rejoined Dell in November 2015 to help establish and grow the Enterprise Information Governance function. In the last three years, Jenna has successfully led a few key programs (such as the GDPR readiness program, Information Governance for the EMC integration, etc.) and played a critical role in establishing and growing the enterprise information governance at Dell. Before rejoining Dell, she was the Director of Enterprise Architecture at Lenovo and reestablished the enterprise architecture function. Before that, she was an enterprise architect at Dell and a data architect at Eli Lilly and Company. Jenna is a lifetime learner with multiple master degrees, including a MBA, master degrees in Computer Information Sciences, Chemical Engineering and Biochemical engineering.

Gal Ziton is an entrepreneur, Business Intelligence expert, and metadata junkie. He is the Co-Founder and CTO of Octopai, the first centralized metadata search engine providing discovery and lineage for BI Groups, data governance, and data catalogs. While leading BI teams at various large enterprises, Gal became extremely frustrated by the time wasted on tedious, manual searches to complete projects and daily tasks. From this frustration came Gal's innovation and Octopai was born. He has his B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from Ben Gurion University.
