Jayne's signature achievements include the first official NASA Taxonomy, the first enterprise-wide metadata specification for JPL, and a new Data Quality framework for LexisNexis.

Data Governance is a new program for Multnomah County and Jayne is enjoying the challenges of communicating the concepts, developing change management strategies and setting data quality goals. However, the first thing she was asked to work on is a robust model for data sharing. Hardly, a traditional DG topic, but an interesting introductory doorway into the field for her coworkers.

Previously, he led the Data Research and Development group for Acxiom Corporation where he implemented their Total Data Quality Management program. He is currently serving as a member of the U.S. Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in the area of data quality. Lisa Williams is the manager of the Office of Data Management at the Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR). ADWR ensures long-term, reliable water supplies to support the continued economic prosperity of the State. For her first 27 years at the agency, she administered Arizona’s 1980 Groundwater Management Act and assisted the regulated community in understanding, and complying with the requirements of that statute. She was also responsible for implementing new statutory requirements, and for overseeing the collection and compilation of demand and supply numbers for the areas required to report water use. The efficient and accurate collection, storage and use of data has always been her first passion, however, so she officially moved to full-time data management when ADWR began the process of implementing enterprise data management.
