While at Booz Allen Hamilton, as part of the risk and compliance analytics team, he was a member of the CMMI Data Management Maturity Model development team. He is a certified Enterprise Data Management Expert (EDME). Leveraging the DMM, Jonathan has created an execution framework for data management and analytical and risk management best practices, that aligns data governance and analytical governance with the emerging requirements created by big data, analytics, and the integration of both, in the operational context. Helen Arnold is the president of SAP Data Network, a business unit, initiated by the Executive Board in May 2016, that runs like a startup inside SAP. This appointment capitalizes on her strong background of leading the digital transformation for SAP as former CIO and Chief Process Officer. In building up this new growth engine for SAP, she works closely with the Executive Board and has relocated with her family to Silicon Valley.

From May 2014 to April 2016, Helen served as SAP’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Process Officer (CPO) for SAP SE as a member of the SAP Global Managing Board.

As an innovation leader with comprehensive experience in reinventing the way SAP runs its business, Helen Arnold drove SAP’s continuous innovation journey in streamlining and rethinking internal processes and systems at SAP. As CIO and CPO, she was responsible for the adoption of SAP’s solution portfolio internally and, as such, renovated key business processes to match SAP’s cloud and platform strategy. Ingrid-Helen worked in close alignment with the business and development to ensure that SAP software is user-centric and innovative. She also ensured that processes and systems are closely aligned in order to strengthen enablement and efficiency across SAP’s lines of business.

Helen led Business Innovation and Application Services from 2014 on, and led SAP cloud delivery from May 2014 to March 2015 operating powerful private (HANA Enterprise Cloud) and public managed Cloud solutions for SAP customers. From 2012 to 2013, she headed Enterprise Analytics & Innovative Solutions at SAP, driving the internal adoption agenda of innovative solutions for SAP and leading several board programs.

Sue Geuens started in Data Management in 1996 when she was handed a disk with a list of builders on it and told they were hers to manage. Sue mentions this as fate taking over and providing her with what she was "meant to do." Various data roles later, her clients numbered 3 of the top 4 banking institutions in SA, a number of telco's and various pension funds, insurance companies, and health organizations. Sue was the initial designer of data quality matching algorithms for a SA built Data Quality and Matching tool (Plasma Mind). This experience stood her in good stead, as she slowly but surely climbed the ladder in Southern Africa to become the first CDMP in the country. Sue worked tirelessly on starting up DAMA SA with the successful Inaugural meeting in February of 2009. She was unanimously voted as President just prior to this event and became Past President at end of 2015. Sue is the current DAMA I President.

From there she has had software development and project management roles as well as SAP system integration and administration roles. After a 3-year stint of startups and experiencing some successes and failures as an entrepreneur herself, she came back to SAP to further her career on the business side of technology. She now runs business development and marketing for SAP Data Network, a newly founded startup initiated and funded by the SAP Executive Board. In her current role, she is responsible for developing business for all of North America as well as managing all brand, marketing and communication experiences globally for the organization.

Lisa Williams is the manager of the Office of Data Management at the Arizona Department of Water Resources (ADWR). ADWR ensures long-term, reliable water supplies to support the continued economic prosperity of the State. For her first 27 years at the agency, she administered Arizona’s 1980 Groundwater Management Act and assisted the regulated community in understanding, and complying with the requirements of that statute. She was also responsible for implementing new statutory requirements, and for overseeing the collection and compilation of demand and supply numbers for the areas required to report water use.
