Jim Feldkamp is a director in State Farm Insurance Companies' Business & Technology Integration Office with coordination and oversight responsibilities for the organization's enterprise data strategy. Mike Hall is the Data Management Director within the Experian Consumer Information Services division. Mr. Hall is responsible for leading database analytics and data acquisition efforts for the U.S. credit bureau. Over the past two years Spencer Hertler has been in charge of implementing a Data Governance organization at Farmers Insurance. Michelle McNamee began her career with State Farm in 1985 in what was then the Illinois Regional Office. After several positions in the Data Processing Department; Management Trainee, DP Supervisor and Assistant DP Manager, she moved to Corporate headquarters in 1996 to assume the position of Staff Assistant in the Corporate Agency Department. In 2000, she moved into the Systems/IT Department where she held various leadership positions until she moved back to the Agency Department in 2004 to develop the Agency Governance Office and Agency/Marketing Department Office. David Schlesinger is a frequent speaker on Data Security and Regulatory Compliance and a member of the Phoenix Chapter of the Data Management Association (DAMA). C. Lwanga Yonke is a seasoned information quality and information management expert and leader. His initial experience is in petroleum engineering and operations.
