Logical Data Modeling

This in-depth course describes the relational data model and techniques for developing it.  Techniques for gathering end user requirements are described and then applied for development of the data model.  Methods for developing the subject area model are provided.  The components of the data model – entities, attributes and relationships – are defined, and then brought together to develop a third-normal form data model.  Physical data model considerations are then described.
