Business Intelligence: The Complete Project Lifecycle

Business Intelligence (BI) applications need to be considered by almost every organization today. But what's needed now is a proven method for implementing the phases, processes and their interdependencies involved in the successful deployment of BI projects. Project managers need to know the Do's and Don'ts of BI implementation based on real-world, hands-on experience. They also need to know which products can provide BI functionality in an easy-to-use way. Finally a Work Breakdown structure using a project planner lists all tasks to be performed to make the BI applications successful. This is the four-day seminar that does it all by presenting a step-by-step guide for the entire project life cycle!

A Case Study runs “parallel”  to the course material to make everything clear and applicable .
