About DebTech

Davida Berger is the President and founder of DebTech International, L.L.C. a training and development company specializing in corporate onsite and public IT and data management education. Davida has extensive experience in information management including training, and conference development. Davida has been active in DAMA (Data Management Association) for the past ten years and has served on the executive boards of both DAMA NJ and DAMA International where she became familiar with the training needs of the data community.

Davida has served as the Vice President of Conference Services for DAMA International. She has directed and participated in the development of over 100 educational programs, seminars and conferences for information management professionals in the US, Europe and Australia. Under her direction, attendance at the annual DAMA International Symposium has nearly tripled and has now become the world’s premier educational event dedicated to data management.

Due to her contribution in providing quality education for data and information technology professionals Davida was the recipient of the 2002 DAMA International Achievement Award. Previous award winners include John Zachman, Peter Aiken, Dr. Peter Chen, Claudia Imhoff and Dr. E. F. Codd.

Davida is personally involved in DebTech’s curriculum development and has recently created an Advisory Board of academic and industry experts that review course offerings and make recommendations to ensure that the curriculum addresses the needs of today’s information management professional.

Course offerings include basic to advanced sessions in all aspects of data and information management. Some of the topics addressed by DebTech’s instructors are data and process modeling, data warehousing, CRM, data architecture, data integration, information quality, data stewardship, XML, EAI, object orientation, content management, modeling tool instruction and system and requirement analysis.

All classes are taught by international industry leaders. Some of DebTech’s instructors are Claudia Imhoff, Jonathan Geiger, Peter Aiken, Len Silverston, Alec Sharp, Bob Seiner and Tom Haughey.
